What is ATAG III?
Defined as Atlanta Alcohol Technical Advisory Group, ATAG III is the third iteration of a comprehensive review of alcohol licensing in Atlanta. ATAG II, the most recent completed review, was adopted by City Council in July 2013.
To date, there remains significant room for modernization of the process and improvements in enforcement / compliance. ATAG III will review the system from start to finish and deliver recommendations to City Council for adoption. ATAG III and its diverse group of stakeholder representatives are committed to incorporating meaningful implementation benchmarks to ensure action results from this work.
