We are part of the entire cycle of liquor licensing.

We see issues and opportunity.

As community leaders in our neighborhoods and NPUs, we see liquor license applications from start to finish. Because we are the only entity that is part of the entire cycle, we provide unique and valuable insight on the challenges and reliable solutions.

By joining forces in this citizen advocacy group, we strengthen the power of the resident voice at this pivotal time of review and change.

Frustrated residents and industry operators are ready to effect meaningful change. We are leveraging decades of experience and a shared desire to not just highlight issues but be an integral part of the solution.

Our vision

A vibrant, urban business and residential community where all parties uphold a commitment to creating and maintaining a safe community and a good quality of life.

Our mission

On behalf of Atlanta’s residential communities:

  • advocate for targeted immediate changes to alcohol licensing for community relief from bad operators; and

  • advocate for long-term sustainable practices and a legal framework that fosters a thorough application review and strengthens recourse for violations.

The CLEAR Team

Meet our team of dedicated community leaders who are volunteering their time to help improve the balance of community needs and the ability to sell alcohol in our neighborhoods.
